Professional Experience is a library of situations, decisions and tensions that run through real professional life.

You can work on leadership, people, colleagues, clients, responsibility, scope, pressure and context.

Each category gathers experiences built from professional cases, field observations and selected research.

You will not find answers to apply. You step into the situation, observe how you would act and put your stance and your identity under real test.

The library grows over time with the content and the new experiences published.

Professional Experience unlocks with 2,000 Lifetime Earned Identity Points, 1 completed Thresholds CORE, the completed Professional Entry and an active Premium or Unlimited plan.

Categories are always visible. Those not yet accessible show the requirement needed to unlock them.

Within Professional Experience, the principle of one active task at a time still applies.

The Professional Library grows with tasks dedicated to real work situations, responsibilities and problems.

Some tasks are reserved for Unlimited. They are pieces of work that require a more advanced level of reading, Judgment or application, and they may start from research, from the W.E.N.D.Y. Model™ or train specific professional Skills.

You can see them even without Unlimited: they stay visible in the Library so you can get to know the whole Professional collection and recognise the work that may be useful to you.

Some tasks come from fieldwork. Others from professional cases, emerging phenomena or research able to open up unconventional questions.

When a task takes shape from an author’s thinking or from the findings of a study, we state its origin. It is our way of acknowledging those who saw something important and of keeping the different contributions distinct.
