Identity Points can unlock experiences inside the app, but they do not turn a W.E.N.D.Y.™ subscription into a personalised service with Anna.

In W.E.N.D.Y.™ Identity at Work you carry out tasks and training that take time to observe, decide and answer the questions asked.

Your answers and your work are kept in My Identity Training, inside the personal My Work area, so that over time you can find the work you have done and observe your progression.

Your content is private by default.

At the end of each task you can choose:

Private;
Share with Anna;
Always share.

Sharing content with Anna means authorising her to view it. It does not automatically involve reading, a reply or a personal Insight.

Anna’s personalised work and Insights are available only within an active professional service and in the ways set out by that service.

The choice is always yours and concerns only the content you decide to make visible.

Your work is yours. You decide when to share it.
