ANNA FRANCESCONI

For over thirty years, I have worked with individuals, professionals and organisations at the exact points where identity, decisions, role and context begin to ask for something different.

Today I work as an Executive Decision & Identity Advisor, supporting CEOs, founders, professionals and individuals navigating role transitions, complex decisions or moments of professional redefinition.

I created Identity First™ and the W.E.N.D.Y. Model™, which also gave rise to this app: a space where identity work does not remain a mere reflection, but is brought into decisions, behaviours and real-life situations.

I am the author of 9 published books, 6 of which have been translated into English.

W.E.N.D.Y.™ gathers a significant part of my work, transforming it into tasks, training and tools that you can use independently and in your own real time.
