Through progressive work, assessments, professional situations and applied experiences, it directs observation to how a person takes a position, decides and acts within their role.

Identity First™ is the proprietary method designed by Anna Francesconi.

It starts from the premise that the role does not define the person's identity; rather, it is their identity stance that influences how they inhabit the role, read what is happening and make decisions.

W.E.N.D.Y.™ Identity at Work is the digital environment where this work is applied to the professional experience.

W.E.N.D.Y.™ Identity at Work is intended for those who wish to work on what happens within their professional role: decisions, pressure, relationships, accountability, boundaries, position and changes.

It does not require a specific managerial role: the starting point is the person's real professional experience.

The W.E.N.D.Y. Assessment™ starts from what is happening externally to bring observation back to how you are positioning yourself. Not “what is the problem?”, but “where are you in relation to what is happening?”.

Yes. Your answers and reflections are private by default.

At the end of each task, you can freely choose whether to keep them Private or share them with Anna.

Anna will only be able to read the content you have chosen to share.

This allows her, when applicable, to offer you a more personal Insight or propose more highly focused work.

The choice is always yours.

Your work and progression are kept in your personal area, My Work / My Identity Training, according to the available features.

It does not provide diagnoses and does not replace healthcare, psychological or psychotherapeutic assistance.

Payments are securely handled via Stripe. W.E.N.D.Y.™ does not directly collect or store full payment card data.

Yes.

You can request the deletion of your account from your Profile.

Any information that must be retained for administrative or legal obligations will be handled as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

W.E.N.D.Y.™ content, models, questionnaires and W.E.N.D.Y.™ Training are intended for personal use within the App and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

They may not be copied, distributed, taught or used professionally without authorisation.

Yes. Premium and Unlimited renew automatically according to the chosen frequency, until cancelled.

You can do this from your Profile. You will continue to use the plan until the end of the period already paid for.

Your account and the work you have already completed remain available in your My Work, according to the features accessible under the plan available after expiration.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days. The procedures are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
