IDENTITY FIRST™

HIGH-END ADVISORY

Executive Decision & Identity Advisory

When performance, competence and results only explain part of what is happening, you need to read the field, the role, the relationships, the responsibilities, and the stance from which you are leading.

I get close enough to the field to recognise what may remain invisible to those immersed in it, pressure-test assumptions and alternatives, and provide an insight useful for the decision.

Ownership of the decision remains with the decision-maker.

Judgment is sharpened.
Decision rights remain yours.

Field Reading. Judgment. Stance. Steadiness.

ADVISORY WITH NO SUBSTITUTION

In transitions and high-complexity situations, an ancient function is becoming visible again in a new form: maintaining access to seniority and judgment while leaving ownership and decision rights with the role that holds them.

Being close to the decision-maker means knowing the field well enough to recognise when it changes, keeping the scope clear between advisory, governance and operational responsibility.

Bringing experience creates value when authority, accountability and decision rights remain legible.

The quality of Advisory also lies in the boundary.

IDENTITY ACCESS

ID-GRADE™

When the role grows faster than the stance with which you are occupying it.

Competence and results may be present, while pressure, responsibilities and expectations begin to demand an effort that was not previously required. ID-GRADE™ makes the distance between the person, the role and the level they are sustaining legible.

BEFORE A HIGH-STAKES DECISION

More data is not always what is needed.

Sometimes you need to better interrogate what is leading up to the decision.

  • What is the real decision?
  • Which alternatives are not entering the conversation?
  • Which trade-offs have not yet been made explicit?
  • Which assumptions are you treating as facts?
  • What in the field is influencing the decision without being named?
  • Who contributes to the decision and who holds the accountability for it?
  • What changes if you decide — and what changes if you do not decide?

A decision can be rational, documented, and still not have been interrogated enough.

DECISIONAL ACCESS

EDA™

Executive Decision Assessment

Before the decision, read the field.

EDA™ is a diagnostic mandate with a defined scope for a high-exposure decision: it distinguishes the stated problem from what is truly governing the situation and makes visible the point requiring attention.

RETAINED ADVISORY

When knowing the field becomes part of the value.

Some issues are defined within a mandate. Others change while you are navigating through them.

The Retainer maintains continuity in reading the context: people involved, tensions, steps already taken, responsibilities, decisions, and changes that are modifying the field.

Continuity allows entering the reading process as the situation evolves, interrogating together with the decision-maker what is becoming relevant, the assumptions and criteria guiding the choice, and the pressures that could alter their judgment.

The scope of Advisory is right here: working at the point where the field and the decision-maker are producing the decision, deepening the quality of the reading before the choice turns into a commitment.

It does not include implementation, day-to-day operational management, or direct responsibility over people and teams. Access is continuous within the agreed scope, not unlimited availability.

Ownership, accountability and decision rights remain with the decision-maker.

The value of continuity lies in the context remaining alive from one step to the next.

THE WORK CONTINUES IN THE APP

What emerges from ID-GRADE™, EDA™ or ongoing work can continue within W.E.N.D.Y.™ through Human Work, Executive MicroPlans and case-designed work.

What can be structured finds continuity in the app.

What requires judgment remains in Advisory.

W.E.N.D.Y.™ houses the work that can be structured. Anna remains on the field when the situation requires reading, judgment and interrogating the decision prior to commitment.

Every piece of content, scenario and decision remains confidential. Frameworks and models are proprietary. An NDA is always formalised.
